1. We'll Pick Up Your System
Pick up pertains to the Rosamond area only - a small diagnostic fee of $30 applies if the client doesn't have their computer repaired with Rosamond Computers. If the repair is done through Rosamond Computers, the diagnostic fee is waived. Our hourly rate is $25.
After determining whether the problem is software or hardware related, we'll provide a summary of what needs to be fixed and an estimate of the cost involved. You decide what's to be done.
Computer tune-up takes an average of 3-4 hours.

The following applies:
- The computer must be bootable.
- Windows operating systems only - sorry no MAC users!
- No checks - cash or credit only.
- Cost of added hardware is clients responsibilty.
i.e. memory module, larger hard drive, etc.
2. Determine the Problems
- Insufficient Memory
- Software Conflicts
- Viral Infections
- Adware and/or Malware
- Unwanted Processes Running
- Unneeded Programs Running
3. Present the Solutions
After determining what the problem or problems are, you'll be contacted with all the specifics and give your approval prior to us changing anything on your system.
It's your system and you'll have the final say on what gets done.
4. Fix and Return It To You
After getting your approval to move ahead, the problems will be corrected and your system will be returned to you.
